Technical Director
As technical director of the plantation, Suzan will be the focal point of the farm's development, including all activities related to the plantation : the life of the trees, the management of the staff, the department heads, and the organisation of the work on the farm.

Technical and Legal Director
As technical and legal director, his role in the company is to manage the initial establishment of the farm. He will also ensure compliance with the legal structure of the company, in partnership with Vovan Associates.

Marketing and Artistic Director
Our artistic and marketing director Thomas will be in charge of developing the company's communication strategy and its visibility to potential clients, but also to the public. The communication will focus mainly on the quality and organic aspect of our fruit, but also on the ethical aspect of the company.

Commercial Director
As Commercial Director, and with his experience in communication and networking, Hassan will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our business partners, suppliers and service providers.

Legal and Export Director
As legal and export director, Maxime's role will be to organise the structuring of the fundraising, but also to ensure the legal compliance of the latter with the law firm Vovan Associates. Secondly, he will be responsible for determining which clients are best suited to become export business partners, and under what conditions.
OUR VISION
The Sap Tao project was born from a common thought and desire of its founders
• To set up an organic farm much larger than the existing one.
• To keep the same spirit that led them to collaborate on the first one.
• Increase the quantity of fruit offered for export.
From this reflection came some questions :
• What would be the financial results ?
• Could potential investors benefit ?
• Would we contribute to the development of the local economy ?
• Would we increase the quality of life and financial health of all those involved ? »
A joint decision followed :
To raise funds to create new 'collaborative' farms and to offer investors from our network the opportunity to take part, while allowing the creation and development of this enterprise on a sound financial basis.
In addition, our project aims not only to allow participants to take part in a profitable and long-term project, but also ethical and sustainable.
Our approach also aims to create employment in a protected agricultural area, but also to ensure the workers a stable income, above the current levels on offer. Our employees will all benefit from companyfunded health cover and for those who will be living on the farm, we will build and provide decent, modern housing free of charge, and working conditions conducive to their social and personal development.
We will use only 100% organic fertilisers and pesticide techniques to ensure the highest quality of our fruit, but also to preserve the environment of this protected region. In Thailand, our main objective is to supply the Malaysian Durian Musang King and other durian varieties to China and Hong Kong, the fastest growing markets in the world, but also to develop emerging markets markets to reach new customers.
We will plant different varieties of durian to balance our production and never find ourselves in a saturated market, should the supply of any particular variety develops rapidly. (Musang King, Black Thorn mainly, but also Red Indo, and some varieties for the conservatory of species)
