What is Sap Tao Durian Organic Farm?
SAP TAO DURIAN ORGANIC FARM is a project to create several organic Durian plantations in Thailand.
The fundraising aims to reach a certain capital depending on the surface to be realized.
The investors will be remunerated in dividends, and will become shareholders of the plantation in which they invest.
The founding team composed of 5 people (4 French, one Thai) proposes to the investors to create and manage a farm in partnership with them, with an allocation of 49% of the shares of the company for the investors, and 51% for the founders.
The estimated minimum annual turnover for a farm of 128,000 m² is 4 million euros (under average production conditions, at 5 years maturity for the trees).
For a farm of 80 RAIS (128,000 m²) the required fund raising is 1.35 million euros.
Dividends will be paid annually after the close of the accounting year. After payment of taxes and provision of cash for the following year, all profits will be paid out in dividends to the partners (investors and founders).

The Sap Tao project is first and foremost a 2.0 meeting, one of those that cannot happen without the internet as a starting point.
On one side, three partners specialized in communication, investment and crypto-currency, and on the other side, a French-Thai couple, living in Thailand, and developing a durian farm, passionately.
Sharing, and a common vision pushed these five friends, to come together around a first collaboration, on an existing durian farm.
Their desire to share the opportunity that an investment in this type of farm represents, but also their common passion, incited them to create the project that you are about to discover.

The DURIAN MARKET
Presentation of the durian market :
Durian is a unique product in great demand, it is the green gold of Thailand, and Southeast Asia. `
For this product, the demand is eight times higher than the supply, which makes it possible to sell the crop "on the tree".
Thai Durian has surpassed rice and rubber as Thailand's main agricultural export.
It alone accounts for about 5.05 billion, compared to rice's EUR 2.70 billion and rubber's EUR 2.43 billion.

The projected demand for Durians in 2030 is 3 to 4 billion kilos per year, compared to 1.5 billion kilos in 2022.
The wholesale export price to China is $20 per kilo (growing by almost 25% each year) for non-organic Musang King Durians (+23% for organic durians).
